TEAM REGISTRATION: 9 a.m.
Teams will receive information on where to go for bike rentals and shuttles, will receive a schedule of events
and event t-shirts.

CANCER SURVIVOR TENT & CAFÉ: 9 a.m.
Cancer Survivors are invited to attend. Breakfast will be available and each survivor will receive a special
goody bag and recognition during Opening Ceremonies.

OPENING CEREMONIES: 10-11a.m.
Cancer Survivor Café and Celebration, DJ, Team Recognition, Awards for Paint the Town Contest, Awards for
Teams who raise the most money, and more!
• CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 10:15 a.m.
• CANCER SURVIVOR RECOGNITION & CELEBRATION: 10:30 a.m.
• CHECK PRESENTATION: 10:50 a.m.
• CONCLUDES: 11 a.m.

WALK/RIDE
• 5K WALK: 11:15 a.m. *new & improved (easier) course; starts in town park; no shuttle
• BIKE SHUTTLES DEPART: 12:00 p.m. Immediately following the Opening Ceremony, participants
will go to their pre-determined bike shops for the 12 p.m. shuttle. Please rent your bikes prior to the
event. (Call Darlene French at 276-492-0701 for bike shuttle information or call a bike shuttle company
of your choice to schedule your own trip for your group and request the 12 p.m. shuttle slot.)
