TEAM REGISTRATION, 7:30 -8:30 a.m.
Teams will register, turn in donations, receive a schedule of events and event t-shirts.

CANCER SURVIVOR TENT & CAFÉ OPENS, 7:30 
Cancer Survivors are invited to attend a breakfast and recognition during Opening Ceremonies. Each survivor
will also receive a special Swag Bag and Survivor T-Shirt.

5K RACE, 8 a.m.

WALK OR RIDE 9:45 a.m.
Walkers: Meet at the stage next to Old Mill at 9:45 a.m. for a 5K WALK on the Virginia Creeper Trail.

Bikers: Proceed to your Bike Shop & Shuttle provider. Shuttles for C-TREC depart at 10:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 30 minutes
early to select and fit your bike. Please reserve your shuttle and rent your bikes prior to the event. E-bikes are available and are first
come, first served. Call the bike shop/shuttle of your choice and tell them you are will C-TREC to request the 10:30 a.m. shuttle. See
