How it works:

C-TREC is a fun and exciting way to bring new hope to cancer patients and their families. We have raised over $1.25M for vital research and with your help we can get even closer to winning the fight against rare cancers. We hope you will join us on the last Saturday in July for the Creeper Trail Ride to End Cancer each year!

Here is How It Works!

Step 1. Register

Become a team captain and start a team. Recruit friends, family and colleagues to join you. Teams have up to 5 members. Mega Teams can have as many members as they would like.

Step 2. Raise Money

Each team has a minimum fundraising requirement of $500. Each Mega Team has a minimum fundraising requirement of $100/per team member. The earlier you start fundraising, the more time you'll have to reach (and surpass) your goal. Lead by example and give your team an immediate boost by making a gift to your team.

Step 3. Ride or Walk on Last Saturday of July

The ride is a 17-mile downhill bike ride in the mountains on the beautiful Virginia Creeper Trail from White Top Station to Damascus. The walk an easy 5K walk on the Virginia Creeper Trail starting in the Damascus Town Park. We also offer a 5k run before the event if you are interested!
